Design and consultancy

We can provide you with an impressive and resourceful website, whether it's a brand new site or redevelopment of an older, slower one. You can use your existing logo or we can design a new one for you.  An Intuitive navigation system is an essential part of any website and we aim to keep the structure simple and easy to use.

For NHS related sites our designs ensure that they are in keeping with the Department of Health guidelines on colours, logos and lettering. We can perform a needs assessment for any area of your information requirements using our extensive knowledge of many healthcare organisations.

We want you to be thrilled with your new site and will work in close consultation with you to achieve the exact look and feel you desire. We never use standard templates when designing websites.

Management of your website

Keeping your website up to date plays an important role in how useful it is to your business.  Clients often find that they have neither the time nor the appropriately trained staff to upload new documents/files and review/replace existing ones. If visitors to your site cannot find the information they require, then they will most likely telephone your office and take up staff time unnecessarily.

When your site needs updating with a new document, or other change, we are but an email or phone call away.  We aim to upload the amendments within 48 hours of receipt of your instruction and will let you know when it is done. 

We will generally arrange an annually renewable 'maintenance agreement' with you, the cost depending upon the size of the site and expected frequency of updates, but this is not obligatory. 

Domain names and Hosting

As a reseller we can arrange registering and transfers of most domain names, including ".nhs.uk". We host most of the websites we have designed in our own large allocated web space on the Internet. Please contact us for a competitive hosting contract.

These prices are indication of what we charge for web site design. We also offer the option of hosting and maintenance with any site we build.
 

Small

For those who require a site with minimal functionality and navigation. £50 for one page and £50 per page thereafter to a maximum of three pages. Includes an initial consultation and (restricted) domain name purchase together with elementary logo design and graphics. All content to be supplied by the client.

Medium

This option affords the client greater opportunity for a more developed site, including logo and page layout design, navigation structure, pictures and graphics. The client will need to supply us with all the content.  For a site of up to 10 pages.

Large

For large sites which require more advanced design and navigation with many pages and may include  restricted/password controlled areas etc.
